Position Overview
The Dispatcher/CSR is the main point of contact for customers and technicians. This role is responsible for answering calls, scheduling service and maintenance visits, dispatching technicians efficiently, managing accounts receivable, and supporting daily office operations.

HVAC Service Technician - $3,000 Sign-on Bonus + 2 Years Experience Required
Job Description
Avery Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced, reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Linville, NC. This position services both residential homes and commercial properties throughout the Western North Carolina mountain region. If you are a skilled troubleshooter who wants a stable base wage alongside high-earning commission potential, we want to hear from you.
What We Offer (Benefits & Perks)
Sign-on Bonus: $1,500 after 90-day probation. $1,500 after six months of satisfactory performance.
High Earning Potential: Competitive base hourly rate plus commissions on parts and services sold. Plenty of overtime is available during the busy season.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
Service heat pumps, air conditioners, gas furnaces, and light commercial rooftop units.
Educate customers on system performance and offer solutions, earning commissions on parts and services sold.
Perform routine seasonal maintenance and safety inspections for contract clients.
Maintain clean, organized inventory logs for your assigned company vehicle.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on HVAC service experience.
Certifications: Must hold a valid EPA Type II or EPA Universal Certification.
Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities with electrical schematics and refrigerant circuits.
Availability: Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
