I used Avery to install an HVAC system in the third floor and parts of the second floor of my house, and also to install two mini-splits for rooms on the second floor.. The installation was completed in early October of 2020. Marty (the GM) was my estimator and was highly professional, courteous and thorough. He wasn't what I was used to with HVAC or other mechanical contractors (i.e., a bit rough and unprofessional, generally). He is a pro, for sure.

The system worked great and has continued to do so. Then, we were up for our first semi-annual service appointment earlier this month (April 2021). The service technician was Shawn. He was excellent. I told him he didn’t need to worry about putting slips on his shoes before coming in the house and he just went ahead and did it on his own which was appreciated.

Then, we had to move a whole bunch of holiday decorations from out of the closet so that he could get into the attic. I moved most of it out so that he had access and he helped a little bit at the end. Then, after he left, without letting me know that he did it, he actually put all of the stuff back into the closet without even asking. It was such a nice gesture to return everything to the way it was.

Between that experience, the quality of the installation that occurred last fall, and Marty‘s work during the estimate process, I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the company.

In addition, the customer facing front office personal (Veronica and Brandy) are very nice, good listeners and helpful on all occasions. They have my unequivocal recommendation.

  Marty Clark worked with me for over a year to figure out the best replacement after our 20yr old system started to have issues. Ultimately he replaced a single 4 ton system with a 3 ton and added a ductless system to our basement. From the start thru completion they were perfect, I worked mostly with Marty Clarke and with the girls in the office, every detail, every question was handle immediately. I only wish more companies were like them, if I wanted something changed Marty was on it immediately and I just want to says thanks again!   We couldn't be more pleased with the service we got from the whole team at Avery Heating and Air Conditioning. The initial site visit, the estimate, and then the negotiating/consultation by Marty Clark was great. Marty was very honest and conscientious and personable. Most importantly (to me at least) he didn't put down his competition, he just put forward what he thought were Avery's strong points and let me make up my mind. This wasn't true with the competing companies and it was a big part of the reason we went with Avery.
  The installers were also very professional, courteous and friendly and answered my every question.
  The office staff made it very easy to contact Marty when we had questions and paying our bill on-line was very easy and efficient. Our system works great and after 45 days and some cold snaps, we have not had the first problem. A bonus was that our back bedrooms which were always hard to heat are now toasty warm.
