CSR

Position Overview
The Dispatcher/CSR is the main point of contact for customers and technicians. This role is responsible for answering calls, scheduling service and maintenance visits, dispatching technicians efficiently, managing accounts receivable, and supporting daily office operations.

What We’re Looking For

Organized and detail-oriented
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Positive, professional attitude
Computer proficiency (HVAC experience a plus)
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to pass background check and drug screen

HVAC Service Sales Associate

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC professional ready to move into a sales-focused role. If you have field experience as a Service Technician or Installer and enjoy working with customers, this is a great opportunity to grow into a more administrative and sales-driven position.

Responsibilities

HVAC system and replacement sales
Conducting site visits and installation sales calls
Preparing estimates and coordinating installations
Ordering parts and assisting with inventory

Qualifications

2+ years HVAC field experience
Strong knowledge of system replacements
Sales aptitude and excellent customer service skills
Valid NC driver’s license
