Super Hard Work Saved the Day
I had to have our heating unit repaired. We lost complete power of the heating system during a really cold, snowy day. After just going through one of the worst experiences of our lives, Hurricane Helene, I was worried it would take some time to get our heat back up and running because so many people in WNC are dealing with loss and damage. But Reagan Smith, the office manager at Avery Air and Heating, worked super hard calling over 5 vendors to find the piece that our system needed! She was able to get it the same day! Danny was our technician. He was so friendly and treated my family as his own. We talked and he showed me everything he was doing. Such a hardworking guy and very good at what he does. Don't be hesitant to use Avery Air and Heating and I would ask for Danny. He has been working in this field for around 20 years.

Worth the Extra Fee
We live outside of the catchment area. Paying the extra fee was worth it. Danny did an amazing job with, throughout the process, explaining what was wrong with our air conditioner and what needed to be done. He went above and beyond and managed to get all repairs done in one visit. Our home is now “cooling down” as I write this. There is a local heating and air company that attempted to “swindle” us. Avery Heating and Air has proven to be fair and honest. Down to earth and caring about cost and our comfort. Thank you!

The technician came to our house in Seven Devils this morning to work on our heating unit and found the problem right away. It was a burnt-out electrical switch. Paul came today for the yearly Preventative Seasonal Maintenance visit, their first visit after installing a whole house dehumidifier and taking over care of the propane furnace and air conditioner installed about 2 years ago. They took over very efficiently when Rick, our previous provider for years, left us in a lurch. Paul completed the regular items, patiently showing me what is done by the homeowner, my mom, who has not been able to do nor knew what to do. He also addressed a duct leak and retaped some loose duct insulation. This being on an increasingly worsening snow day with road safety declining. Paul was patient, very professional, and easy to talk to. Truly 5 stars.
