He Went Well Above and Beyond Feb 2, 2026

I'd give Daniel a 10 if I could. He went well above and beyond to come out to check my house for carbon monoxide shortly after I called. He couldn't get up my 1/2-mile-long driveway due to ice/snow, so he hiked in and then back out a full mile to come check my house. I had two new CO detectors that were sounding an alarm. Thank goodness they were faulty and all was well, but he was amazing! I will highly recommend them to anyone!

I expected that I would have to replace broken parts or pay for Freon replacement. Instead, he made some adjustments with no extra charges. Nice job, Danny. I had to have our heating unit repaired. We lost complete power of the heating system during a really cold, snowy day. After just going through one of the worst experiences of our lives, Hurricane Helene, I was worried it would take some time to get our heat back up and running because so many people in WNC are dealing with loss and damage. But Reagan Smith, the office manager at Avery Air and Heating, worked super hard calling over 5 vendors to find the piece that our system needed! She was able to get it the same day! Danny was our technician. He was so friendly and treated my family as his own. We talked and he showed me everything he was doing. Such a hardworking guy and very good at what he does. Don't be hesitant to use Avery Air and Heating and I would ask for Danny. He has been working in this field for around 20 years.
