Super Hard Work Saved the Day
I had to have our heating unit repaired. We lost complete power of the heating system during a really cold, snowy day. After just going through one of the worst experiences of our lives, Hurricane Helene, I was worried it would take some time to get our heat back up and running because so many people in WNC are dealing with loss and damage. But Reagan Smith, the office manager at Avery Air and Heating, worked super hard calling over 5 vendors to find the piece that our system needed! She was able to get it the same day! Danny was our technician. He was so friendly and treated my family as his own. We talked and he showed me everything he was doing. Such a hardworking guy and very good at what he does. Don't be hesitant to use Avery Air and Heating and I would ask for Danny. He has been working in this field for around 20 years.

Very customer service oriented
The technician came to our house in Seven Devils this morning to work on our heating unit and found the problem right away. It was a burnt-out electrical switch. He replaced it and checked several other areas to be sure everything else was working. He was very customer service oriented, and I would recommend Avery Heating and Airconditioning to my friends.
